Job Description
Position: SAP Service Delivery Manager - Service, ITIL, ERP (Job Code: 1008)
Duties:
Responsible for the execution and completion of technology solution projects in the SAP services matrix; lead the company-client relationship as technical delivery go-to, single point-of-contact to help build customer trust quotient; measure and ensure high customer satisfaction for SAP delivery services; develop departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities to drive overall practice goals towards fruition; define program objectives and develop roadmaps in collaboration with senior management and customer stakeholders; understand strategic objectives across SAP program and ensure alignment of same across delivery organization; identify critical business needs to mitigate risks with respect to service delivery contractual compliance and excellence; evaluate the application landscapes for customer environments and propose future implementation; sustain roadmaps based on technical best practices as the delivery SME; lead AMS Support Model for Operations and Maintenance; use SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies in conjunction with SAP; run SAP methodologies to provide seamless delivery; perform Change Control Governance, Risk Management, and SAP Project QA Audits for contractual alignment; ensure the adherence of standards and SAP best practices; leverage COE differentiators to maintain programs at optimal efficiency; responsible for cost management and alignment with budget to lead the projects/programs within the allocated funds; support a complex SAP landscape with architecture, design, and deployment of major release/project roll-out; utilize SDLC, Waterfall, Agile methodologies, PLM, MM, SAP-CAD integration, Data Migration, Change Control Governance, Risk Management, and SAP Project QA Audits to perform duties; build process and architectural frameworks required for execution of SAP deliverables; support the migration activities to new system and process designs; monitor the testing of end-to-end scenarios and ensure satisfactory operation; identify and analyze the technical and functional risks and impacts relating to changes, and define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks; plan for upcoming customer activities, including customer walkthrough and coordination with non-SAP teams; determine timeline, identify risks, work plan creation, resource allocation, secure approvals, conduct lessons learned and Continuous Process Improvements; responsible for team development, capacity allocation, scheduling, coaching, performance review and career guidance; and report to customer on review of activities, incidents, and initiatives.
Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $140,000 per year;

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None;
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Mechanical Engineer, as a Project Manager, as an SAP Project Lead, as an SAP Lead Consultant, as a CAD Engineer, or in a related occupation.
Other Requirements: Experience must include five (5) years' use of all the following: SDLC, Waterfall, Agile methodologies, PLM, MM, SAP-CAD integration, Data Migration, Change Control Governance, Risk Management, and SAP Project QA Audits.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
