They work with clients to create innovative, efficient, and inspiring work environments that align with company culture and operational needs. Tetris manages the entire process from initial concept and space planning to final installation, including project management, procurement, and coordination of various trades.
Role – Technical Designer
We seek a highly skilled Senior Technical Designer / Revit Technician to spearhead BIM project delivery for our EMEA design studios. The ideal candidate possesses extensive industry experience in BIM implementation and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to producing flawless, high-caliber technical documentation.

What This Job Involves
- Develop and communicate strong design narratives through storytelling and concept sketches.
- Execute medium-to-large-scale workplace projects with precision
- Develop comprehensive Revit models for collaborative ACC projects
- Generate intricate construction documentation for office interior fit-outs using Revit
- Ensure strict adherence to company Revit standards across all project sets
- Manage project coordination and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Liaise with project stakeholders to achieve overarching objectives
- Demonstrate expertise in content creation and parametric family properties
- Resolve complex Revit-related technical issues to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct thorough quality control on Revit models and drawings
- Contribute to projects from conception to completion Stay abreast of Revit advancements and disseminate knowledge within the team Provide technical support and mentorship to team members Autonomously manage and execute Revit design documentation Validate Revit models for accuracy and compliance with project specifications Mentor technicians and assist in onboarding new team members
- Professional qualification in Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in BIM/Revit roles, focusing on medium to large-scale corporate office projects
- Mastery in creating detailed construction drawings for interior fit outs
- Profound understanding of construction details
- Extensive experience in Revit Architecture software for construction documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, ACC, and Revit family creation
- Comprehensive understanding of the built digital environment and BIM implementation
- Proven track record in training teams on BIM documentation in Revit
- Excellent command of English language
