Provide on-site and remote commissioning of BESS systems, PCS, and PV inverters. Delivering technical services support to customers effectively and on time.
Perform on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting and testing of solar inverters on-site.
Leading or assisting with the support of assigned projects.
Coordinate with R&D engineering in China if required help during troubleshooting.
Provide service technical reports to customers and to supervisor during and after site visits in a timeously manner.
Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
Provide feedback to customers with regards to the status of the open service case ticket.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution with HQ support.
Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.
Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments.
Providing clear feedback to the customer and reporting Manager

3-5 years’ experience in the PV or BESS renewable industry sector.
Experience in troubleshooting or commissioning of commercial and utility scale BESS and PV inverters will be advantageous.
Must possess the ability to work with test equipment and hand tools as required.
Must possess customer service, problem-solving skills, possess decision making and analytical skills.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to closely follow instruction and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the duties effectively.
Must be willing to provide service locally and to other African countries.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook) OSHA, NSPA70A, Electrical Safety
