The Opportunity
You will oversee and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement across multiple African markets.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Creative, BI, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-impact, localised campaigns that resonate with our players.
Key Responsibilities
5+ years' experience in a Marketing, CRM, Retentions Role
Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels
Experience in high-volume B2C industries (iGaming or sports-related preferred)
Creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset
Highly collaborative and confident working cross-functionally
Able to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns including digital, ATL, BTL, activations, and sponsorships
- Oversee content creation, media buying, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Use data insights to shape targeting, messaging, and campaign optimisation
- Manage agency partners and internal teams for seamless execution
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
5+ years' experience in a Marketing, CRM, Retentions Role
Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels
