- Klipboard is the leading, specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics, Automotive and service sectors.
- This role will be part of the finance leadership team and lead best practice into all transactional operations across Klipboard
- Oversee all transactional teams across the klipboard companies. This includes all:-
- All customer billing activities inc software licence, consultancy and all 3 rd party items
- Recurring contract management activities
- Purchasing
- Support the credit control team Manage team
- Senior decision support on Purchasing and Revenue points
- Help define, implement and maintain best practice processes in all areas
- Support the roll-out of Klipboards’ new ERP tools inc oversight of UAT testing, end user training and ongoing improvements
- Learn and develop efficient use of available tools
- Produce regular reporting KPI’s into the business and for FD to present to board
- Build relationships in the business to facilitate query resolution
- Supporting the team to achieve set targets & deadlines
- Support the onboarding of any/all company acquisitions
- Ad Hoc tasks as required by the company
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent
- Evidence of building and leading teams across multiple locations and geographies
- Ability to work well within challenging dynamic environments
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Demonstrate capability to deliver best practice processes into an organisation
- International experience essential, UK, US and Benelux countries as well as South Africa
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels
- Finance qualification
