Role Description
We are seeking a Professional Services Technical Consultant that can provide In-House and client software installations and product training. Onboarding of new clients and facilitating existing clients’ requirements such; uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Walking alongside the client in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.
Roles And Responsibilities

Roles And Responsibilities
- Training customers on our software products.
- Tasks include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face, on the in-house products.
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution, if related to our product that CGMSA support.
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment when it’s related to issues from the software we support.
- Strong technical background.
- Ability to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to non-IT personnel.
- An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
- Ability to deal with difficult customers
- Logical thinker
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- An in depth understanding of our software and equipment your customers/employees are using
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Good accurate records keeping
- SAP Exposure.
- Medical Billing Exposure.
- Medical Practice Management Knowledge
