Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Envision Africa, a leading provider of ophthalmic surgical equipment across sub-Saharan Africa, is looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer queries about orders, deliveries, and invoices

Manage and process backorders and customer quotations

Coordinate with our Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

Track tenders and complete Department of Health submissions

Maintain accurate records via Kanban-based workflows and digital filing systems

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in customer service or order processing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excel proficiency & familiarity with ERP systems

High attention to detail and adaptability
