Sales Order Management Specialist

Our client is looking to employ a Sales Order Management Specialist based in Cape Town

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Look after all sales orders for B2B, Website & Telesales Team
• Allocate Stock to sales orders and Invoice Orders out accordingly
• Make sure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis
• Help storeman with stock takes once a month
• Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis
• Keep salespeople up to date

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Available to start immediately
• 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
• Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Building Effective people relationship skills
