Global Hire SA is looking for a Receptionist

Global Hire SA is a dynamic and growing recruitment company committed to connecting top talent with leading employers across South Africa. We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Centurion.


Tasks

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner


Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently


Manage the front desk and ensure a neat and welcoming reception area


Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, courier)


Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings


Maintain office supplies and assist with basic administrative tasks


Support various departments with day-to-day admin as needed


Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
