Global Hire SA is looking for a Office Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Tasks

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails

  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk activities

  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general office tasks

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Schedule meetings and support calendar management

  • Assist with document preparation and basic reporting

  • Provide support to various departments as needed


Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)


1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Well-organized with excellent time management


Ability to multitask and work independently


Professional appearance and a positive attitude


Own transport and valid driver’s license (advantageous)
