Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Success & Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding of eye care professionals into our Patient Engage platform. This is a new role that will sit within the Sales division. You will be the first point of contact for newly referred practices, guiding them through the campaign setup process and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a warm, engaging personality, a high tolerance for repetition, and a talent for spotting opportunities during conversations.

We are hiring a Client Success & Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding of eye care professionals into our Patient Engage platform. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 5+ daily onboarding calls via video with referred eye doctors
- Use a provided call script (with flexibility to personalize)
- Guide practices through the setup of their vendor-sponsored reactivation campaign
- Coordinate with the EHR integration team to ensure technical alignment
- Lead short follow-up calls to monitor campaign progress and maintain momentum
- Track client status, notes, and next steps in the CRM system
- Flag upsell opportunities and collaborate with leadership on next steps
- Deliver a consistent, positive experience that makes clients feel seen and supported
- 2+ years experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account coordination
- CRM experience (Go High Level is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and video call etiquette
- Comfortable with a high volume of repetitive, structured interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or optometry is an advantage
- 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)
