Customer Service Advisor (Portuguese Speaking)

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, to join our media team, contributing to analyze, process, and summarize content broadcast by the press, radio, television and online media.

Responsibilities

• Summarizing Articles/News: Create concise summaries of articles and news content.
• Validating News: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of news content before distribution.
• Sending News: Distribute news content via email to relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Native Portuguese Speaker with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to summarize and validate news content accurately within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in text editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote work environment.
• Previous experience in media, journalism, or content curation is preferred.
