Role Responsibilities
- Acts as BIM lead for the project.
- Set up and assume responsibility for major BIM projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Lead a team of BIM coordinators.
- Leads BIM on a single major project or multiple small projects.
- Manage client and stakeholder BIM related relationships on the project at a senior level.
- Maintain consistent level of detail and level of information.
- Organize and lead weekly interdisciplinary model coordination meetings to resolve interface issues.
- Establish project BIM coordination and collaboration strategy via the Zutari workflow map.
- Implement Zutari BIM strategy at project level.
- Provide leadership, support and training to more junior coordinators on the project.
- Enable design management via the use of latest BIM technologies.
- Preferred Engineering, Architectural or Construction management Degree.
- 7 or more years’ experience within the coordinator capacity.
- Operam IM Professional.
- Ability to undertake multiple complex tasks while effectively managing resources.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design.
