Role Responsibilities

  • Acts as BIM lead for the project.
  • Set up and assume responsibility for major BIM projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of BIM coordinators.
  • Leads BIM on a single major project or multiple small projects.
  • Manage client and stakeholder BIM related relationships on the project at a senior level.
  • Maintain consistent level of detail and level of information.
  • Organize and lead weekly interdisciplinary model coordination meetings to resolve interface issues.
  • Establish project BIM coordination and collaboration strategy via the Zutari workflow map.
  • Implement Zutari BIM strategy at project level.
  • Provide leadership, support and training to more junior coordinators on the project.
  • Enable design management via the use of latest BIM technologies.


Minimum Requirements

  • Preferred Engineering, Architectural or Construction management Degree.
  • 7 or more years’ experience within the coordinator capacity.
  • Operam IM Professional.
  • Ability to undertake multiple complex tasks while effectively managing resources.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design.
