Job Function

  • Capturing of creditor invoices
  • Preparation of creditor reconciliations for filing
  • Working with the audit team to ensure that all accounts loaded for payment have been audited monthly
  • Electronic filing of invoices
  • Maintaining the creditors, audit and accounts mailbox
  • Cashbook
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment schedules
  • Reconciliation of credit cards
  • Loading payments onto online banking
  • Liaising with creditors
  • Monthly Journals
  • General audit work relating mainly to creditors
  • Assisting with the month end tasks
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned to you

Experience And Knowledge Required

  • A B Com degree
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Attention to detail
