This role will be responsible for identifying and utilising advanced tools and technologies to effectively target audiences across various platforms to achieve precise audience targeting, maximizing our engagement and conversion efforts.

Conversion Optimisation

Our goal in conversion optimization is to convert targeted audiences into active casino customers. Moreover, it is important to ensure that these conversions achieve equal or better persistency and value compared to other premium acquisition channels, maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Product Development

The role requires product development, aimed at each target audience. Additionally, developing highly engaging, personalized content for each customer segment will enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Tracking and Reporting

To effectively track and report, comprehensive tracking mechanisms should be implemented to monitor every step of the customer journey. Using detailed journey data will inform strategic decisions, focusing on success without unnecessary data collection excess.

Collaboration and Integration

Collaboration and integration involve working with other marketing teams to strategically place products and content in front of target audiences. By effectively leveraging internal resources, we can avoid duplication and ensure lean operations, utilizing both internal and external resources to build products efficiently and avoid blockages or dependencies.
