Purpose Of The Job

A new role has become available for an action orientated individual accountable for the successful implementation of change within the PPS Investments Solutions Operations Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the PPSI Investments Team, Business Development Team and external administrators to consistently deliver an efficient investment implementation process.

, Requirements,

Ideal Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar implementation role in investments, asset management or retail.
  • Exposure to working with wrap funds and multi-managed funds.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification - BCom or equivalent

, Duties and Responsibilities,

  • Co-ordination and implementation of loading new unit trust funds on LISP platforms.
  • Co-ordination and implementation of loading new Discretionary Fund Managers’ solutions on both internal and external platforms.
  • Support the implementation of fund launches, closures, and restructurings.
  • Managing trades as instructed by the Discretionary Fund Managers from start to completion.
  • Managing rebalancing of model portfolios and ensuring that they are executed within expected turnaround times.
  • Monitor model portfolio exposures and trades and monitor compliance to model portfolio mandates.
  • Provide support to Discretionary Fund Managers for the day-to-day running of their model portfolios.
  • Prepare and provide monthly reporting.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Active participation in business and team projects.
  • Ad hoc fund administration tasks.
