A vacancy exists for a Junior Cashless Administrator within Kazang – Micro Merchant, in Century City, Cape Town.
The Junior Cashless Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Cashless structure.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supplier Onboarding Admin – contract verification, capturing, coordinating with Finance, and following up with sales.
- Other administrative tasks to ensure the success of the cashless payment portfolio.
- Handling payment queries and back-office support.
- QR Code creation.
- Schedule Reports and Push Notifications.
- Assisting with vault onboarding and vetting.
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
- Matric/Grade 12 with Business Administration or equivalent Tertiary qualification.
- 2 years of Administrative experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy in MS Office suite.
- Intermediate Excel experience is preferable.
