A vacancy exists for a Junior Cashless Administrator within Kazang – Micro Merchant, in Century City, Cape Town.

The Junior Cashless Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Cashless structure.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supplier Onboarding Admin – contract verification, capturing, coordinating with Finance, and following up with sales.
  • Other administrative tasks to ensure the success of the cashless payment portfolio.
  • Handling payment queries and back-office support.
  • QR Code creation.
  • Schedule Reports and Push Notifications.
  • Assisting with vault onboarding and vetting.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matric/Grade 12 with Business Administration or equivalent Tertiary qualification.
  • 2 years of Administrative experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in computer literacy in MS Office suite.
  • Intermediate Excel experience is preferable.
