Internal Marketing Intern

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assist in creating internal newsletters, announcements, and intranet content
Support internal campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives
Help craft messaging that aligns with company values and voice
Collaborate with HR and Communications teams on internal brand strategies
Collect and analyse employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness
Design visuals for internal communications using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Contribute creative ideas to foster a positive and connected workplace culture

Minimum requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
A creative mindset and an eye for detail
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Interest in employer branding, company culture, or HR communications
