The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
Maximise sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and a positive attitude
Manage warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and stock accuracy
Perform regular stock counts and coordinate quarterly stock takes
Maintain clean, organised stockrooms and implement procedures to improve efficiency
Minimum requirements:
Matric or equivalent (essential)
Six-plus months retail experience (essential); one year preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Honest, dependable, and highly organised
Able to work flexible retail hours
Bonus skills:
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Knowledge of fashion or outdoor lifestyle trends (brand-dependent)
