As a Receptionist / Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless booking experience. You will manage reservations, handle guest queries, and support sales and catering activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using Opera Cloud.
Handle telephone, email, and in-person guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Promote hotel services, upsell rooms and packages, and assist with group bookings.
Coordinate with sales and catering teams to support event and conference bookings.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Address guest complaints or requests with professionalism and urgency.
Prepare daily reports and update management on booking trends.
Assist with administrative and front office tasks as needed.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or reservationist in a 4-star hotel.
Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver exceptional guest service.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Between 1 - 3 Years
