The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front desk activities, lead and support the front office team, and guarantee exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure the front desk operates efficiently during shifts and handle any guest issues that arise, maintaining the hotel’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff during shifts, providing leadership and support.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes using Opera Cloud.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all front office operations comply with hotel policies and standards.
Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Train new front office employees and assist in ongoing staff development.
Monitor the appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area.
Support the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager as needed.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front office supervisory role in a 4-star hotel or similar environment.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Between 1 - 3 Years
