As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations within the hotel, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will work closely with management to provide insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
Manage all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.

Prepare management accounts and financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and training.

Liaise with auditors and tax authorities.

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.

Implement financial controls and policies to mitigate risks.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Accountant or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Controller in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of hotel-specific financial systems and processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Advanced Excel and financial software skills.

Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
