As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist the Front Office Manager with day-to-day operations, supervise front office staff, and ensure guests experience seamless check-in, check-out, and service excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards and helping resolve guest issues.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Front Office Manager in managing front desk operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and reservations using Opera Cloud.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies efficiently.
Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Prepare daily front office reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel front office.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
