Night Auditors / Duty Managers – 4-Star Hotel – KwaZulu-Natal

We are looking for three reliable and service-focused Night Auditors / Duty Managers to oversee hotel operations during evening and overnight shifts. These roles are ideal for hospitality professionals who understand the importance of maintaining standards and guest satisfaction after hours.

As a Night Auditor / Duty Manager, you will:
Oversee the front desk, housekeeping, and security during night shifts.

Handle late guest check-ins and early check-outs efficiently and professionally.

Complete night audit procedures, balancing daily revenue and ensuring accurate reporting.

Prepare handover reports for senior management and assist with any night-time incidents.

Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the property and conduct routine checks.

Support operational departments with administrative tasks as required.

At least 2 years' experience in a Night Auditor or Duty Manager role in a 4-star hotel.

Proficiency in Opera Cloud is essential.

Strong administrative and financial reconciliation skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Must be highly reliable, professional, and guest-centric.

Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to act decisively and calmly in emergency or high-pressure situations.
