As Deputy GM or GM, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the property.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the management team to achieve business objectives.
Manage overall hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
Maintain strong guest relations and handle guest feedback professionally.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent service.
Collaborate with owners and stakeholders on strategic planning.
Proven experience as a Deputy GM or GM in a 4-star or higher hotel.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Customer-centric approach and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Between 3 - 5 Years
