We are recruiting skilled Operations Controllers to join our client’s hotel team, focusing on inventory, stock management, and controls. This role requires a proactive individual who understands the dynamics of food & beverage cost control and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee stock takes, counts, and variance reporting for F&B and operational departments.
Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained through MyInventory or Materials Control systems.
Work with department heads to track usage, prevent stock loss, and maintain par levels.
Audit receiving, issuing, and storage procedures to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Assist in the implementation of controls for procurement, wastage, and supplier reconciliations.
Provide regular reporting to management regarding stock movements and variances.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a stock control or inventory management role, preferably in the hotel industry.
Experience using MyInventory, Materials Control, or a similar inventory system.
Solid understanding of F&B cost controls, ordering procedures, and inventory cycles.
Excellent numerical and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accountability.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Between 1 - 3 Years
