As a Barman, you will prepare and serve drinks to guests, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will be responsible for maintaining bar stock, assisting with stock control, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Use the Micros POS system for processing orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
Engage with guests and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
Experience as a Barman/Barwoman in a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality setting.
Proficient in Micros POS system.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.
Between 1 - 3 Years
