QC Technician x2 (FTC)

Your areas of responsibility:

• Maintain quality control processes, testing products and recording data during development and/or manufacturing of products while maintaining good laboratory practices.
• Timeously test raw material, additives, base oils, greases, and various products from the plant, ensuring alignment to FUCHS QC specifications.
• Test samples as per specific test methods (ASTM, IP, DIN etc.).
• Validate and verify testing instruments/ equipment / apparatus at specified intervals aligned to the statistical process control.
• Partake in MAP scheme testing, customer samples testing and other related QC and/or R&D projects.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimum of a National Diploma in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or related studies.
• Experience in a quality control environment or laboratory environment is advantageous.
• Previous exposure in lubricants manufacturing environment is advantageous.
