Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove team impediments to enable smooth delivery of sprints.
Promote self-organization and accountability within the team.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and help improve maturity.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, etc.).
Act as a buffer between external distractions and the Scrum team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
Mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile principles.
Ensure consistent and clear communication between technical and business teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations (a plus).
Between 3 - 5 Years
