Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of Academic Administrators on a fixed-term basis, to be based at our Eduvos Pretoria campus

Type of Position:

  • One year Fixed Term Contract

The Position:
To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the campus.


Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualification:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be preferable

Experience:

At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)
  • Student query handling and resolution
  • Assist with administration of enrolment process
  • Assist with administration of graduation
  • Assist with CAT, RPL or qualification change applications
  • Contributes to Atrisk tracking process
  • Extended studies contract (Information Systems Certificates only)
