Test Planning : Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Team Coordination : Coordinate testing efforts among various teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers.
Test Execution : Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring that all tests are conducted according to the defined test plans.
Defect Management : Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Reporting : Generate and present test progress reports, metrics, and results to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues.
Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation : Ensure that all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Training and Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate testing activities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve issues related to testing.
Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate testing team members.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
TOSCA Experience (would be advantage)
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Strong commitment to quality
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Know-How in test automation and its tools (like TOSCA)
SAP S4/HANA experience (Advantage)
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
Knowledge of automation testing tools is an advantage.
Between 5 - 7 Years
