Community Projects Manager

Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- At least ten years’ experience in community management and/or staff support, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful upliftment or wellbeing projects.
- Excellent communicator in both Afrikaans and English, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a self-driven mindset and a passion for community building and people’s wellbeing.
- An empathetic individual with an inclusive and positive outlook on life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategies for community engagement within the organisation.
- Plan and coordinate wellness programmes, mental health initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
- Lead upliftment projects such as volunteering, mentoring, and social impact activities.
- Arrange and facilitate community events for the organisation and our Aftercare Centre.
- Develop campaigns to promote community and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor participation and feedback, and use data to improve the programmes.
