Job Description

What Impact will you make?

As a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant, you will focus on driving strategic projects across process and business optimization, technology enablement, and AI/analytics implementation with focus on enhancing and improving, people, process, and systems.

Collaborating across all Deloitte Functions, you will apply your problem-solving skills and deliver measurable improvements aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Process & Business Optimization
    • Map, analyze, and redesign core business processes using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Apply agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors.
    • Facilitate workshops, prepare executive reports, and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
  • Technology Enablement & Solutioning
    • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that address operational inefficiencies and drive business growth.
    • Manage solution assessments, vendor evaluations, and technology roadmaps.
  • AI & Analytics Integration
    • Develop Dashboards and reports for Executive leadership around people data for the organisation, using relevant tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
    • Work with data scientists and AI experts to translate business needs into AI/analytics use cases.
    • Support the development and deployment of predictive models, reporting tools, and decision-support systems.
Qualifications

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation, technology solutioning, or process improvement.
  • Experience in data visualisation using relevant tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of the impact of business transformation, technology solutioning and process improvement on people, process, and systems at the core
  • Proven experience implementing process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Willingness to learn more about and understanding of emerging technologies, with a view of making the jobs of today more efficient and productive.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Change management experience is a plus.
