Cape Town | 6-Month Contract | US Hours

We’re hiring 3 – 5 Talent Sourcer & Coordinators to support our delivery team on a fast-moving US project through our Dynamic Talent Solutions division. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, thrives on multitasking, and is energised by helping things run smoothly, all while sourcing top talent.

You’ll be juggling a blend of sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination, keeping the wheels turning across a high-volume hiring engine. If you’ve supported recruitment teams and dipped your toes into sourcing, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the Talent Partners with sourcing and screening across a high-volume US project.
  • Owning response handling, outreach, and first-contact engagement with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews, scheduling, and managing communications between candidates, Talent Partners, and stakeholders.
  • Keeping records accurate and processes running, tracking candidates, updating systems, and staying on top of the details.
  • Helping maintain a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to final stage.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in a talent sourcer or junior recruiter role, with exposure to sourcing, screening and coordiantion.
  • Super organised and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
  • Clear communicator who can confidently manage scheduling and coordination across teams.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones, with flexibility for occasional late shifts.
  • Able to come into office in Cape Town 3 days a week initially (then likely 1–2 days).
