We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Director to join our client service team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in dynamic agency environments and possesses a strong blend of strategic, managerial, and client relationship skills. You must have at least one year of experience as an Account Director in an agency setting and have worked on a financial services client or have B2B brand experience—both would be ideal.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of client services across a portfolio of brands. You will play a key role in managing both internal teams and client relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and outstanding service delivery. Your ability to navigate complex business challenges and provide market-aligned solutions will be critical to success in this role.

Creative and Critical Thinking – Ability to guide creative campaigns and provide strategic insights.
Market and Consumer Insight – Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer data and market trends.
Digital and Traditional Media Knowledge – Broad understanding of media channels, including digital and traditional, to drive integrated strategies.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation – Ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
Networking and New Business Development – Proactive in building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Experience
Minimum of one year experience as an Account Director in an agency setting.
Proven track record of working with financial services clients or B2B brands (both preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage a diverse portfolio of brands.
Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
Strong background in market analysis and consumer-driven strategy development.
Proficiency in both digital and traditional media landscapes.
