We do have some requirements to be considered for the position:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales. Recruitment background preferred. Placement Partner experience is an added bonus
• Excellent active listening and communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer service oriented with a focus on quality
• Integrity and honesty – we are working with sensitive data
• Strong prospecting, networking and lead-sourcing skills
• Ability and willingness to make good cold-calls, even though this will not be your day-to-day role
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• Proven track record of successful selling
