- Are you someone who thrives in the tech delivery space and has experience in:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver multi-workstream programmes
- Managing complex enterprise-scale technology programmes with multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, dependency maps, and integrated delivery views
- Monitor and manage programme budgets, resource allocations, and delivery metrics
- Track delivery KPIs and benefits realisation against programme objectives
- Using tooling such as Jira, Confluence and Miro to drive transparency and momentum
- Keeping pace with emerging technology trends and aligning delivery accordingly
- Collaborating across business, product, technology, and change to align outcomes
- You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Postgraduate preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in programme or project management within complex technology environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale programmes involving cloud, data, API or integration platforms
- Professional certifications in Agile (e.g. SAFe, PMI-ACP), PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Project, Excel
- Understand agile and scaled agile methodologies, and how to apply them pragmatically
- Are calm under pressure, outcome-driven and resilient in the face of ambiguity
- Are passionate about solving hard problems in ways that create long-term value
- Are deeply invested in the success of your teams, and make the space for people to grow
- Know how to hold tension constructively and drive alignment without relying on hierarchy
