Laser Cutting Operator

The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. We are currently seeking a Laser Cutting Operator to assist with the production requirements of cutting various steel components for our Laser Department

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machine
• Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders
• Load and unload materials from the laser machine
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report malfunctions
• Inspect cut parts for accuracy and quality
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
