About The Role
This is a fulfilling opportunity to provide evidence-based speech pathology services within a multidisciplinary environment. The role includes supporting clients with communication disorders, cognitive-communication needs, and dysphagia.

Your Daily Responsibilities May Include
- Delivering therapy in hospital, sub-acute, out-patient, home, or community-based settings to help clients achieve personalised goals.
- Assessing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
- Providing indirect client services, including education and collaboration with family or care teams.
- Participating in team discussions and contributing to an integrated care approach.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current HPCSA registration.
- South African citizen or valid work visa.
- Proof of Malpractice insurance.
- If you're currently working in public, proof of RWOPS letter.
- Experience in adult rehabilitation and multidisciplinary teams is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and personal car to enable easy travel between units.
- Access to an IT device (phone, laptop, tablet) in order to complete clinical admin requirements on a web-based portal.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and basic IT platforms.
- Postgraduate courses in Dysphagia Management, Voice Therapy and ICU airway care
