Job Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to support the Flavor Creation team in all aspects of flavor development with the goal of partaking in the ADM Academy of Future Flavorists.

Job Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to support the Flavor Creation team in all aspects of flavor development with the goal of partaking in the ADM Academy of Future Flavorists.
Main Responsibilities
- Blend/compound flavors according to existing recipes developed by the flavorists
- Self-development and on the job training of flavor raw material recognition, flavor design and flavor application
- Work closely together with CD&D, Sales, Product Management, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing and Operations
- Adaptation of recipes after consultation with the flavorists
- Support flavorists on projects
- Documentation of the data in the IT system
- Care and light maintenance of tools and technical equipment
- Support administrative flavorist requirements in all relevant systems: SAP, Office 365, etc.
- Laboratory organization
- Ordering for lab requirements
- Shipping of products
- Follow GMP, ISO procedures, GLP GFP, safety, lab notebooks and or other electronic record keeping requirements
- Science Degree qualifications - preferably Chemistry/Food
- Experience working in a flavor house will be of an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent language skills in English, German is appreciated
