The Client Service Manager is responsible for maintaining their client relationships through regular contact and day to day delivery of high-quality customer service to issuer clients, together with the Client Services Support Administrators, ensuring that the day-to-day operational requests are delivered accurately and with agreed timeframes.

The Client Service Manager will work closely with Client Services Support Team and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all client requests and activity is actioned and reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines and service delivery levels.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer Client Requirements and know the clients’ needs - Knowledge of all company specific and general requirements, established and improved operational relationships retain current client base and attract new business.
- Maintenance of registers and companies - Accurate contact details and company information on record at all times.
- Administration of Issuer operational requests
- Monthly Invoicing – Review and approve Monthly Billing invoices.
- Risk Management - Ensure that risk prevention procedures are followed at all times in order to minimise risk.
- Special Projects to generate additional income - Generate additional income, while assisting the issuer to save costs.
- Retention of client base and attraction of new business - Retain client base and attract new business to increase revenue for all business units in our organisation.
- Client Relationship Management - Maintain good relationships and excellent service delivery standards, retain current client base and attract of new business.
- Role Model & Teamwork – Information integrity and conduct support team members and other departments
- Grade 12
- Degree in Business (Essential)
- Good understanding of work routines, the SCRIP system, procedures and operational functions
- Computer literary Literate – MS Office applications (Essential)
- Understanding of Registry legislation, the Companies act, JSE Securities Exchange Rules and Regulations Strate legislation and directives
- Good understanding of how the broader company functions and how various departments and teams interlink and work together to successfully achieve the company and department goals and objectives
- Well-developed communication skills to be able to provide clear verbal and/or written communications
