As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and ensure we are running world-class, data-driven marketing programs.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing, SEO, and paid search campaigns. You'll collaborate with our Content Writer to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels, manage campaign performance end-to-end, and constantly look for opportunities to drive growth.
You should be hands-on, data-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping a strong eye on quality and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, setup, testing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with Marketing Operations on this.
- Oversee SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, technical SEO coordination (working with developers as needed), and content strategy support.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track and report on performance metrics for all digital marketing activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and customer journey touchpoints.
- Stay up to date on best practices across email marketing, SEO, and paid search. Identify and test new growth opportunities across digital channels.
- 2+ years of experience managing email marketing, SEO, and paid search campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics, testing, and iteration.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to work closely with content creators.
- Excellent project management skills - able to juggle multiple campaigns without missing deadlines.

- (Bonus) Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing tools.
