We are looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to join our team. You will provide administrative support, facilitate marketing programs, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships is essential for success.

About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to join our team. You will provide administrative support, facilitate marketing programs, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships is essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Understand and execute marketing demand generation programs to support our products and services.
- Use various marketing channels (e.g., email, webinars, social media) to launch and position products and services.
- Implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Execute marketing campaigns using CRM tools like Pardot and Salesforce to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and report on campaigns based on agreed success metrics.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to launch and position products and services.
- Maintain and update the marketing department's operating and events calendar, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.
- Plan and execute side events, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, and event schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and industry trends is beneficial.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex programs.
- Initiative to identify and solve problems using standard procedures.
