The role involves the design, development, and maintenance of knowledge and information management systems, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining reports, developing Power BI dashboards, and creating SQL procedures to support data operations.

The position also requires automating campaign processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting independent research, possess strong technical expertise in Teradata and data engineering, and contribute to the overall business intelligence architecture. Delivering detailed, accurate, and timely reporting is essential to support fact-based decision-making across the organization.

Are You Someone Who Can

  • Manage relationships with third-party debt collection agencies.
  • Monitor agency performance against KPIs (e.g., recovery rates, turnaround time, compliance).
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of agency activities and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide agencies with data files and ensure secure data exchange protocols.
  • Recommend changes in agency strategy or rotation based on performance analytics. Data Extraction & Transformation: Extract data from various sources and convert it into meaningful information to support effective business decision-making.
  • Report Development: Develop strategic, tactical, and operational reports to address key business issues and meet current needs.
  • Dashboard Management: Compile and manage strategic dashboards, presenting insights to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • MIS Reporting: Ensure the ongoing production and delivery of Management Information System (MIS) outputs in the required format and frequency.
  • Client Engagement: Liaise with internal clients to understand and fulfill their information requirements, fostering strong relationships and providing consultancy support.
  • Business Intelligence Solutions: Participate in new projects by designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Respond to ad-hoc information requests from clients within specified timeframes and formats.
  • Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities for optimization to enhance the organization’s service offerings.
  • Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking exercises and integrate market research into reporting to enrich analysis and improve competitive advantage.
  • Report Maintenance: Oversee the management and continuous improvement of existing reports and dashboards.

Minimum Experience Level

  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis (i.e., statistical and quantitative analyses) and user-focused dashboard design
  • 3+ years of experience using BI tools (e.g. PowerPoint Advanced Excel, PowerBI)

Preferred Qualification

  • B Degree: Maths, Stats, Accounting, Economics and related qualifications
