We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team.

As a Senior Technical Compliance Officer, you’ll be assisting with the day-to-day management of Games Global’s Technical Compliance framework. You will be required to supervise jurisdictional gaming technical compliance legislation, rules and regulatory requirements to ensure the company ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities


  • Assessing the impact and supporting implementation of regulatory required technical solutions, including management of business key projects from regulatory technical perspective
  • Being responsible for internal and external regulatory audits, component/platform certification and support to key business initiatives like for example ISO certifications
  • Facilitate business improvements based on audits, risk reviews, opted for best practices and compliance metrics.
  • Identifying and providing support and recommendation to the business in addressing risks.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing analysis for new markets and support the business in building compliance products for the relevant market
  • Communicate to business on changes to regulations or market requirements
  • Keeping abreast of relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes and advise on any potential impact and develop action plans as required
  • Providing business wide training and education on regulations
  • Maintain the central and up to date repository for Compliance documentation
  • Creating and managing compliance monitoring framework across different markets
  • Assisting the business and Technical Compliance Manager with projects and queries
  • Promoting Compliance Culture within the business


Qualifications


  • Minimum 1-3 Years in Compliance related role
  • Legislation analysis knowledge
  • Information Security/Risk Management experience
  • Legislative/ Standards Requirements Analysis and implementation
  • Reporting and presenting assessments and evaluations of project data in a variety of formats
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret licensing conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of developing relationships at all levels across organisations
  • Be able to work independently and take risk-based decisions.
  • Online Gaming background is advantageous
  • Legal Degree and/or Audit Qualification and/or ISO27001 Lead Auditor
