Bryson Recycling is offering a rare opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a genuine interest in Health & Safety to join our team as a SHEQ Administrator. This role is tailored for someone who is early in their H&S journey but ready to gain hands-on experience, undertake formal training, and progress within a business that prioritises internal development and safety excellence.
As you develop your skills, you’ll support the management, monitoring, and continual improvement of our Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across all Bryson Recycling sites. With full training and support, you’ll help ensure compliance with key standards such as, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and various legal requirements, permits, and licenses.

What You NEED To Bring To The Table
- Current UK driving license
- Competent with the use of IT, in particular MS Excel and Word
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in H&S, within an organisation who are keen on internal progression, and willingness to undertake relevant qualifications
- IOSH accreditation (or willingness to work toward it)
- Previous exposure to compliance, quality or risk-based admin environments
- A clear path toward a Health & Safety career, with the opportunity to gain IOSH and other accreditations
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced SHEQ professionals
