Job Purpose

To act as a senior leader and advisor to the Head of Client Services and Digital and to take responsibility for the Operational Effectiveness centre of excellence. To provide critical operational and transformational support across the business..

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and directly support the CSD Operational Excellence central team and take responsibility for support to operational leadership with VDTs, capacity planning, KPIs and reporting.
  • To support business sub-pillars develop operational insights.
  • Develop and run a continuous business unit strategy process; ensure quality outputs ready for annual and ad hoc processes.
  • To work together with digital and process teams to discover, assess and execute cross-functional transformational initiatives.
  • Provide consolidation of reporting needs for group and strategy reporting, including Opcom, ERCO, QBR, and other regular submissions.
  • Define, track and assist with transformation initiatives across the business unit, ensuring alignment with overarching strategy.
  • Build a high-performance team through managing resources, retention and critical staff.
  • Actively build a culture of improvement.
  • Pitch potential analytics ideas, enabling the development of analytics dashboards to monitor portfolios.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and collaboration through joint planning and review sessions.
  • Conduct ongoing ad hoc COO initiatives and analytic requests to support overall CSD operations.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Relevant Masters Qualification

Minimum Experience Level

  • 8-10 years + working experience and relevant industry
  • At least 5 years of Operational Exposure
