About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Marketing Specialist to help bring our products to life in the eyes of our customers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we position, launch, and communicate our solutions across customer segments. Your goal is to deeply understand our product offerings, market landscape, and customer personas - and use that insight to craft compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement tools. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing and is perfect for someone who loves storytelling just as much as they love metrics.
Duties and responsibilities
- You’ll develop and refine messaging that resonates with our customers, stands out in the market, and stays consistent across everything.
- You’ll team up with product, sales, and marketing to plan and execute smooth product launches, feature rollouts, and big announcements, making sure everyone’s aligned and ready.
- You’ll research the market, talk to users, and analyse competitors to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities - and turn those insights into smart marketing moves.
- You’ll build sales enablement tools like pitch decks, battle cards, and product guides, and make sure the team knows exactly how to position our product to close deals.
- You’ll collaborate with the content team to bring our product to life through blogs, case studies, videos, and more - content that both educates and inspires.
- You’ll track key metrics like adoption, win/loss rates, and campaign performance - and adjust your approach based on what the data tells you.
Skills Required
- Strong storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear, customer-centric messaging
- Proficient in product content creation and copywriting
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Analytics Tools, and marketing automation tools
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in product marketing, SaaS marketing, or related fields
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or software industries preferred
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and positioning
- Collaboration cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Experience in training facilitation
- Campaign or project management experience is desirable
