Who We Are Looking For
To maintain and expand the sales and profitability of the company by helping customers in identifying the correct part numbers; providing parts related technical advice and assist in the achievement of sales targets for parts.
Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure adequate parts coverage for new models as and when new machines arrive Decide on the best source for parts numbers and make effectively use of such Advise procurement Team of low/no stock and lost sales
Education
Grade 12
Advantageous
Technical qualification and/or sales diploma
Related experience
3-5 years: Basic knowledge on agricultural/construction parts and machines
3-5 years: Selling experience (preferably parts)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery by identifying and providing the correct parts numbers
- Handle all telephone and over the counter services, queries, orders and complaints professionally
- Ensure correct parts are supplied to the customer
- Check outstanding order daily
- Ensure the achievement of budgeted sales goals
- Adhering to an effective and efficient sales process of parts
- Continuously market to existing clients by driving promotions and upselling/related selling telephonically
- Ensure adequate parts coverage
- Ensure effective parts administration policies and procedures
- Assisting in the effective recordkeeping of the database of all client’s particulars by providing all required information to CRM Administrator on a daily basis
- Report and follow up on incorrect, damaged and faulty parts and ensure cash sale payments and documents are done daily
Education
Grade 12
Advantageous
Technical qualification and/or sales diploma
Related experience
