Position Overview

We are actively seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our team in the role of Vehicle Administrator This key position requires someone with a solid administrative skill set, professional demeanour and ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Capturing all reconditioning invoices on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle reconditioning activities
  • Manage all admin duties within the recon & logistics department
  • Responsible for the daily task of printing barcodes and vehicle price stickers
  • Responsible for all roadworthy tests for vehicles and maintaining records accordingly
  • Pre-load of all vehicles on advertising platforms
  • Assisting with photography as needed, including capturing photos and uploading them to various platforms.
  • Administrative support to other areas of the department where required

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 Years’ prior experience in a similar administrative role
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • No criminal record
  • Organized and process driven
  • Excellent communications skills (spoken & written)
  • English and Afrikaans, spoken and written
  • Proficient in use of modern technology & systems
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge about cars is not a must- but will be advantageous to the role
